All our work reflects our passion to communicate important issues, and make a positive contribution to our clients’ work changing lives for the better.

Here are a few projects where we've helped our clients make positive changes.

University Hospitals of South Manchester

We worked with UHSM on this particular brief which aimed to highlight their aspects of achievement. We developed the brand and introduced innovative ways, such as jigsaw hospital markers and an awareness event to reach and inform patients and staff.

Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys - What's Your Label Campaign

This joint Anti-Stigma initiative was undertaken on behalf of two leading mental health NHS Trusts which together cover whole of the North East region. We worked with user and carer groups to generate real ownership, using their personal experiences to recall the derogatory names used to stigmatise them. The campaign uses a glossy fashion format juxtaposed against these words, emphasising both the inappropriateness of giving an individual, family or group a label of this kind, and also how mental health issues can affect everyone. It was recently awarded runner-up in the ‘Best campaign’ category at the National Communications Conference Awards.

NHS North West Inspiration - Stand Up to the Mic

Inspiration North West hosted an event during National Customer Service Week promoting a positive patient experience within the NHS. Inviting speakers from both the private sector and the NHS to share their experiences and best practices. Attendees consisted of Board level and equivalent members of NHS Trusts in the North West. The event was fully interactive, with a marketplace designed for networking and sharing of best practices, a vox pop booth for delegates to put on record thoughts and suggestions and workshops allowing them to have their say on the issues that matter to them.

The event included an awards ceremony, to recognise best practice.
